Is this legal, regulated, and safe?
Yes. Beachside Breads is a registered Minnesota Cottage Food Producer and follows all state regulations for food safety, labeling, and sales — including completed food safety training and proper product labeling. Only non-potentially-hazardous foods are sold, prepared according to Minnesota Cottage Food guidelines.

After ten years in professional kitchens, working my way from Pastry Chef to Executive Head Chef, I wanted to get back to the part of baking I enjoy most. Beachside Breads is my chance to focus on small batches, quality ingredients, and the kinds of breads and pastries I'd be proud to share with family, friends, and neighbors.
