Beachside Breads started in 2026 with a simple idea: fresh, affordable, good bread. After ten years in professional kitchens, working my way from Pastry Chef to Executive Head Chef, I wanted to get back to the part of baking I enjoy most. Beachside Breads is my chance to focus on small batches, quality ingredients, and the kinds of breads and pastries I'd be proud to share with family, friends, and neighbors.
